Funds Deposit

We believe it is important to make it as easy as possible for our clients to open and fund a trading account quickly once you receive your trading account number after the approval of application.

In order to start active trading with EARNEX DMCC at DGCX, funds should be cleared in bank account regards less of the funding method.

Acceptable forms of payment include direct deposit, personal cheques, or telegraphic transfer.

Client should ensure the funds are transferred from the bank account of with same name and details on which trading account has been open. No third-party payments will be accepted due to global AML initiative.

Funds Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be processed in favors of account holder, such account which is mentioned in account opening forms or is on the name of account holder. Third party transfers are not permitted; hence any request for third party payment may not be processed.
• Depending on the status of trading activity of client account withdrawals are processed on as received.
• Once a withdrawal has been processed, a wire transfer can take anywhere between 1 to 3 working days, to be reflected in the account holder’s bank account balance.
